We will not communicate or spread or publish or otherwise give away your email address, or phone number, or any other personal information we collect. We will only ever use such personal information to provide services within the srftware.com umbrella of services you explicitly opt-in to using. We will always keep your information private and secure in our database using industry standards. You'll be able to change your subscription settings or to delete it alltogether anytime.

2. Email Newsletter

By subscribing to our email newsletter(s) you agree to us storing your email address, and to receive emails from us. By subscribing to our sms newsletter(s) you agree to us storing your phone number, and to receive sms messages from us. The aim of our newsletter service is to keep subscribers updated about notable events. The subscription to our newsletter service is not mandatory.

• Frequency

  The frequency of the newsletter varies - you may select one or many options when creating or managing your subscription.

• Limited Liability

  We reserve the sole right to either modify or discontinue the newsletter, at any time with or without notice to you. We will not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise such right. Any new features that augment or enhance the then-current services on this site shall also be subject to these Terms of Use.

We provide a SaaS platform that allows you to access our services via a subscription and/or by purchasing usage credits.

• Subscriptions

  Subscriptions renew automatically. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the start of each renewal period. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

• Credits

  Credits can be purchased to use specific features. Credits are non-refundable and expire 12 months after purchase, unless otherwise stated.

• Modifications

  We may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature, including credit costs or subscription pricing, with reasonable notice.

• Tips & Donations

  We may provide the option to leave a tip or make a voluntary donation. These are entirely optional and non-refundable. Tips and donations are much appreciated, but please note that nothing will be given in return — except for a big thank you!

4. User Accounts & Acceptable Use

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You agree not to:

• Share accounts or login credentials.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or sell access to the service.
• Use the service for illegal activities or to send spam.
• Use the service to build a competitive product.

5. Payment Terms

• All fees are in USD.
• Payments are processed through Stripe.
• Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable. For credit purchases, all sales are final, unless required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

We own all rights, titles, and interests in the service, including software, logos, and improvements. You retain ownership of the data you upload.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, www.birthdaypulse.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you lose access to all credits and services.

9. Governing Law

These terms and our business interests are governed by the laws of Canada. Strong and Free.
