Happy 60th birthday to the incomparable Tommy Flanagan! It seems like only yesterday he was playing the smooth, suave Jocko Henderson on "Law & Order." But alas, time flies when you're living it up like Tommy. May all his birthday dreams come true, like finally landing that starring role in a blockbuster film and being crowned "Most Distinguished Scot of the Year."
